CalendarBridge sells a compliance story. It offers a Business Associate Agreement on its higher tiers, which is the kind of thing a clinic or a firm needs on paper before it will let a tool near a calendar. Calendar Mirror cannot offer you a BAA, because there is no company on the other end of it.
Calendar Mirror answers the same worry differently. Instead of a contract governing what a vendor may do with your calendar, there is no vendor: the copy is made on your device and nothing is transmitted. Whether that is better depends entirely on whether you need the paperwork.

CalendarBridge is real-time when the source is Google or Outlook, and every 5 to 10 minutes when it is iCloud or an .ics URL — their documentation says so.
Calendar Mirror can change which of those applies. Mirror the iCloud calendar or the subscribed feed into a Google or Outlook calendar on your Mac, then let CalendarBridge use that as the source. You keep its scheduling pages and, on the higher tiers, its BAA — and the slow half of the pipeline gets replaced by something that reacts in seconds.
Bridging adds a hop: Calendar Mirror writes the copy on your device, and the other service then reads that copy on its own schedule. It needs the destination account set up on your Mac or iPhone, and the copy is one-way, like every Calendar Mirror mirror.
